Elders: A curve ball in Real Estate Advertising


We get excited when clients want to get creative in their advertising campaigns and Elders Real Estate Port Macquarie are one of those clients. The local real estate game is competitive – so it’s important to stand out. We delivered on the stand out ad with a TV commercial resembling a music clip with one simple message: Elders are shaking it up!


The Creative

A branding ad is designed to give potential customers an idea of the core of your business. Elders is a vibrant, driven team full of energy and passion and our concept grew from there. Our high energy TV commercial is designed to capture the attention of the audience, entertain them and give a positive vibe to the Elders brand. The creative also provides a “foot in the door” for Elders by connecting with the audience and their sense of fun and developing positive associations for their brand’s personality. It helps them appear more approachable and therefore be more likely to be approached by vendors.



The campaign was based around the creation of a jingle titled “Shake It”. We gave it a poppy vibe with a bit of modern sound and some timeless aspects so it would appeal to a broad audience. Our visuals were shot in a studio using various back drops in brand colours to incorporate strong brand elements. The simple palette also helped to give the ad high impact.
