Recently the Gocrossmedia team dropped in on the Layne Beachley ‘Aim For The Stars’ Foundation. The day ventured over three different locations in the Taree area of the mid north coast. Our Team was there to sit in the slipstream of Layne’s speedy agenda and create a vision of what the foundation strives to achieve.
We captured the sheer drive and motivation of Layne’s passion as she stepped straight into each location with flare and ambition. Layne is a powerhouse of energy as she displayed early on, kick starting the day with cardio at the PCYC. Layne's task is to empower and enable individuals to take control of their lives, whilst sharing the journey that moulded her career as an iconic surfing figure.
Layne has a strong network of people that contribute to the success of the foundation. We saw a group that is driven by Layne but shaped by other engaging women around her; like Mel Thomas. Mel is a martial artist, presenter and writer sharing her journey and adding to the foundations values.
It was great to see Layne immerse herself into the community and lead from the front with a killer work ethic, spreading the love and motivation people need to see.
